Direct marketing is the ability to connect directly with targeted consumers on a one-to-one interactive basis. It has also created many benefits for buyers and sellers. Through technology customers can look at product descriptions, images, customer feedback, and ratings before actually buying the product. This has created a system for a consumer that is convenient, easy, and private.
